Slow and Hang during working on computer

Start computer will be taking too more time :

• HDD
  1. check HDD,
  2. HDD cable sata or IDE  cable loose,
  3. HDD cable sata or IDE  cable damage,
  4. sata or IDE cable loose fitting into Motherboard,
  5. clean sata or IDE HDD socket all pins into motherboard,
  6. remove IDE cable check IDE socket and clean all pins without junk, and IDE socket female pins clean by press air as need to clean it,
• RAM
  1. check RAM,
  2. RAM socket clean by cleaner into motherboard
  3. remove RAM and clean all pins of RAM by eraser or cleaner proper cleans all pins
  4. RAM socket damage,
  5. RAM damage,
  6. check RAM after clean all pins, and fitted into other RAM socket for testing,
• after computer started :
  1. click computer,
  2. click local disk C: drive,
  3. click on users button,
  4. select user folder,
  5. click on AppData folder,
  6. click on Local folder,
  7. click on Temp folder,
  8. select all,
  9. delete all selected direct delete key or shift with delete for permanently deleted from computer,
  10. click on other users button, and so on as above action,
  11. click on local C: drive folder again
  12. click on Windows folder,
  13. click prefetch folder,
  14. select all
  15. delete all selected direct delete key or shift with delete for permanently deleted from computer,
  16. click on Run,
  17. type “regedit” and enter,
  18. click on HKEY_CURRENT_USER,
  19. select Software,
  20. select Microsoft,
  21. select Windows,
  22. select CurrentVersion,
  23. select Run
  24. check putted data,
  25. Remove all except (Default),
  26. if need required some supported to computer, do not delete its,
  27. click on HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE,
  28. repeat 19 to 26 as above mention,
  29. Go to start button and click on computer folder,
  30. select Local Drive C:, right key press on this folder,
  31. select properties,
  32. Select General Tab,

      

  33. Click on Disk Cleanup,
  34. Disk cleaning started, taken few minutes to complete,
  35. Select Disk Cleanup Tab option,
  36. Check mark to all in File to deleted for disk cleaning,
      
      
      

      

  37. press ok
  38. click on Delete Files,
  39. Disk Cleaning, and appear Local Disk C: Properties,
  40. press ok button on Local C Drive Properties,
  41. Go to Computer Folder,
  42. select Local Drive C:,
  43. right key press on this folder,
  44. Select Tool Tab,
  45. Click on Check now button,

      

  46. open Check Disk Local Disk (C:) dialog box open,
  47. check disk option, and tick on check disk option on “automatically fix file system errors“,
  48. click on start button,
  49. Microsoft Windows Dialog box open,
  50. click on Schedule Disk Check,
  51. return on Local C Drive Properties,
  52. press OK button,
  53. Restart Computer,
  54. please do not pres any key during restarting fully,
